About CulturalPanvel
CulturalPanvel is a cultural and community platform for the Panvel region of Navi Mumbai. It brings the home businesses, mandals, vadyavrund, festivals and contests that make up Panvel's cultural life into one place — so that a group that has existed for decades is findable by a family that moved here last month.
